Public Health Institutions
I personally believe that Public Health Centers such as Primary Health Center, Sub divisional Hospitals, District Hospitals can vehemently contribute enormously.
The kind of infrastructure Government Public Health Service relishes is something which in India is still a dream for an entrepreneur and the budget, if utilized suitably and in time, is to reckon with.
This debate though is endless and can go on for an eon but I still would sweat to analyze the reason behind the low output.
