General health

General health can be maintained by following few preventive measures such as:
  • Exercise in the morning to get maximum benefit for weight reduction
  • Do not drink coffee or tea while having food/snacks
  • Eat fruits with your meal for early satiation
  • Cultivate habit of eating fruits and raw vegetables in your young one's
  • More vegetables and fruits saves one from dental caries
